Description of Work: This service was used to re-paint our condo building. He did NOT prepare the exterior of the building properly. He washed down the exterior and painted. No priming, nothing. In fact he painted over all the exterior light fixtures as well as the exterior backs of all the air conditioners.

+ -1 moreDel was consistently responsive to calls, kept good communication about time frame, what to expect, etc. He and his team were fast, work was excellent. He gave an initial verbal estimate the first time he came to look at the project, and stuck to that estimate.
