Description of Work: From the first contact with the person who came out and quoted us, Gavin, to the roofers finishing the job, all has been great. Unfortunately, we had to have our roof replaced 2 years ago due to a hail storm and I can personally attest that Sprague is leaps and bounds far more professional, prompt and reliable then the contractor we used 2 years ago! I would definitely not hesitate to use them again.

 + -1 moreThey used high quality materials and did a very good job. Although roofing companies often do not have the most professional employees, that is not the case with Sprague. The estimator, Gavin, in particular, was extremely thorough and provided excellent documentation. The crew did very good work. There were two things that were less than stellar. First, they did not do a good job of cleaning up each night when they stopped working for the day. There were loose nails, shingles, etc. in our yard. They did much better the last day when they were all done. Also, they left one piece of flashing loose. When the wind came up, it was blown right off the roof. When I called them, they came out and fixed it right away, but it probably should have been inspected more thoroughly when they finished the job.
Description of Work: Sprague Roofing recently did a complete replacement on our roof.

 + -1 moreVery pleased with the whole process and the crew that Sprague uses were professional and explained in detail what they were and needed to do in order to fix my roof.
Description of Work: The owners of Sprague Roofing heard that I had been ripped off from another roofing company and sent their inspector out to my house to look at the roof. The inspector said that I did have hail/wind damage (which the other company said I didn't) and said to file an insurance claim. Sprague Roofing drew up all the paperwork for the contract, worked with the insurance company to get me the best deal/warranty on the shingles they use. I now have a new roof just in time for winter and am very pleased with the work done.

 + 0 moreNo issues at all, Phil responded to survey the house, took all necessary information and followed up prior to start, came by after crew completed as well as again one more time when we had a concern about a couple of tiles. He was at the house within hours and the necessary repairs were completed within 24 hours. Made it very easy on us as well as the crew chief who was on site managed the crew very well and did a professional clean up of the area once completed
Description of Work: Total roof replacement due to hail damage during storm. Took estimate from insurance company and provided all services needed in a timely manner. Followed up when called about a concern within one day and resolved it. Would use again

He was very helpful, timely, knowledgeable, supportive, worked well with the contractors, personable, STILL follows up with us and we've never had an issue with a single problem. He worked with us really well and we would recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: He built our home. It's a beautiful custom 3500+ sq foot home and he built it from the ground up.
