SEDER APPLIANCE HEATING & COOL

Description of Work: Third time around for Seder's, two residential and one commercial building. Seder's works with several different furnace manufacturers and has been great to work with. One residential structure was built in 1917 and required the gutting and replacing of an old coal fired gravity feed furnace, plus reducting. Seder's figured out how to do it efficiently, reusing some of the old duct work, and using flexible duct work for the rest in such a way that major structural work was avoided. In our commercial building they successfully diagnosed .... rocks .... that the neighbor kids had shoved into the exhaust outlet on the HE furnace. Cost ... zip. They have since replaced a second furnace in the building with a newer HE furnace as well. The last work I had done was a 1950's era residence, and again, they did a great job of keeping it simple, removed and replaced 70's era equipment with new HE equipment that works great.

Description of Work: Seders put our air conditioning into our house. It was a huge job since we have hot water heat, they had to place duct work as well as place the air conditioner in. They did a fabulous job! Love this company!!!
