Scott was a wonderful rep. He came to our home & spent over 2 hours with us. Not just explaining the product but we had a lot in common , so good fellowship as well. We were impressed with how the sliding glass door would perform. We went ahead & ordered the door. It was originally scheduled for possibly May-sept. we received a surprise text that we could schedule in Feb. Installed in 3 hours including the removal of our old sliding glass door. The installers were professional & courteous. History on our old door, was only 7 years old, was extremely drafty & cold. Our new Renewal by Anderson door has more than met our expectations. Our great room has warmed up considerably. It is on our west wall which takes the brunt of storms. We've had some strong storms since install with 40-50 mph winds. No leaks or drafts. We just had a snow storm with over a foot of snow & high winds. Snow drifted onto the door. I put my hand on where the snow was drifted & it wasn't even cold. Our old door would have been very cold & had ice on the inside. So far, worth every penny!

We had 2 second story 2' x 5' bedroom windows replaced in our newer condo since they didn't open and were prone to pressure cracks. Ethan and his partner arrived on time and quickly installed the two windows even though scaffolding was needed. Clean up was amazing!! Other than the new windows, no one would have known they had been there! New windows don't have the ice build up that we are getting on all of our other windows...sure wish our builder would've used RBA windows!!

From the design consultant to the installers, the people at Renewal by Anderson are doing a fantastic job. They are so good at what they do. They communicate well and work hard. Excellent experience.

The install team took great care to keep our space clean, they installed several windows in a timely manner in one day, and RBA communicated well with us from the beginning of the information process through following up after the install. We plan to use them in the future again for more window replacements.

Great experience from start to finish. Nothing but professional, friendly and knowledgeable people from the initial consultation to the install. We usually get mediocre ( at best ) service and quality at a premium price from most any business nowadays. Not the renewal by anderson. We recieved high quality service and products at a good price.

Outstanding service and product. The installation team did a fantastic job of removing and cleaning up from the old door then sealing the base for the new door. They also walked me through the process as things went, making sure I was informed on what was being done through the entire install. Would absolutely use again.

Renewal by Anderson of Montana was great with coordinating the installation of a replacement window. We did have to wait as they built it to match the woodwork of the adjacent windows, but it is a very close match and we're happy. The install team was the BEST! They were efficient, quick and as non-obtrusive as they could be - very professional and I highly recommend the Columbia Falls RBA installation team.

The salesman and installation crew were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The installation crew cleaned up and made sure that we understood all the features of our new doors before leaving. We love our new doors!

I was a bit skeptical about using this company because they were so expensive compared to other companies. I was even more skeptical when the work crew ( 2 men ) were having such a hard time getting the new picture window into place, one of them perched atop a ladder that was on uneven ground. But, later, after discovering a hairline crack in that window, and calling to let them know, they sent another worker who more than made up for any misgivings. The second visit resulted in a full day of re-doing everything the first crew did. The second worker was a perfectionist, much to our delight. We are SO happy with what he did and how well our window and patio door look. We are very glad we spent the extra money to have work done by this company. I'm saving up to have more done in the future.
