All windows replaced in the home. The team worked flawlessly and completed work quickly and very efficiently! They left beautiful windows and the house was as clean as before!

This is the second time we have purchased windows from Renewal by Andersen. From the sales through the completed installation all individuals we worked with were very professional. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! To top it off the windows are beautiful!

In November of 2022, we signed a contract with Renewal by Andersen to install 7 windows and 2 exterior french doors on our home. We entered into a financial agreement with their credit company, Greensky, for the total cost of the project, $49,856.00. On April 24 & 25, 2023, Renewal by Andersen came and installed the windows and doors. At the time of installation, the installer mentioned that both of the french doors had defects and that they would need to come back and fix them. Door #1- Deck Door: The strip that covers the inside edge was installed upside down at the factory, causing the door handle not to fit properly. They tried to fix it manually, but it was not secure so they left it and said they would return. At this time, the deck door could not be dead bolted properly. Door #2- Sunlight Basement Door: The weather stripping around this door was broken, scraped, bent, etc. so that it would not allow a proper seal on the right hand door (walking door). Installer said they would order the correct parts and come back. It was at this time in April 2023 that we began paying Greensky because the installation was "complete". Renewal by Andersen continued to come out an additional 8 times in the next 9 months trying to correct the doors. Each time, they left with a different piece broken on each door. 6 months after the door installation, we were told that they would replace the door handles on the next trip and that we were good to stain our doors. We paid someone to come in and stain/poly our windows and doors. 2 months later, Renewal by Andersen said that the half of the basement door needed to replaced. This was done on February 7th of this year. They replaced the door, but the new door now drags and scrapes while opening/closing and it is in worse shape than before. When we mentioned this to the employee he said it could not be fixed without another part, and that they would order it and be back again. During this same visit, they worked on the deck doors and left with that door still unable to be properly locked and secure. It has now been 1 year since installation, and we have taken time off work 9 times to allow Renewal by Andersen to come into our home and "fix" these doors. After the last time, when the doors were left in worse shape than when they started, we contacted the local sales office and logged a complaint with management. Our complaints were relatively ignored outside of we are ordering the parts and will come and fix it. We asked for corporate to be notified and asked for a resolution and was told that there was nothing they would do for us. At this time, since we needed to finance, we are unable to buy new quality doors from another company. We are a family with a 10 year old child that cannot lock exterior doors to our home for over 12 months, after paying thousands of dollars for a professional installation. The desired resolution is a complete refund of the cost of both broken doors and installation of those doors so that we can properly secure our home with another company.

This is our second project with Renewal by Andersen. We had 14 windows replaced in our home 3 years ago and a BIG office window done just recently. Quality and Excellent service from start to finish. We are very happy customers. They do what they say! One of the best companies we have dealt with.

This past December we've had 3 windows installed by Andersen of Montana. Our friend recommended we go with Andersen and we are not disappointed that we did. From the initial phase to the end, it was a positive experience. I also appreciated the fact the Andersen team came out twice to make sure that they had the right measurements before the installation of the windows happened. Install took one day, and the installers were friendly, considerate, and most importantly professional. It has been 5 months since we got our windows in, and we are very happy with the result and insulation that they provided during the winter, especially during that cold spell we had. The quality of the service and the product justifies the cost paid. If you have an older home it is worth considering going with Andersen.

We are enjoying our new Renewal by Andersen windows! The sounds from the street are more muted, windows open/close so easily and, best of all, we don’t have to scrape the lead paint and re-paint the inside and outside trim of the old windows!! Everyone we’ve had contact with are professional and friendly and our install team members were top notch!

We had not heard of Renewal by Andersen, but were certainly glad we found their ad after moving forward with the purchase and installment. The entire process was very professional from the consultative selling approach to installation to financing. The product is exceptional and the look was exactly like the rendering. We can immediately tell the difference from the clarity of the glass to the insulating properties (both thermal and acoustic). Absolutely thrilled with our purchase and will likely be doing more windows in the future!

Renewal window are everything they tell you they are and more. What a great experience we have had with the professional window installation. The crew went right to work and knocked out 6 windows in one day. The finish work was fabulous and we are so pleased with the them.

They replaced all our windows (17) and sliding patio door in two days. They were very professional and no dust or mess. The windows and door look great and a week after they were installed we had temps drop into the low 20's at night and in low 30's during the day with winds. We did not have any wind leaks or drafty feeling from the windows like we did with the old windows. Outside noise was greatly reduced as well. Would recommend Renewal by Andersen to anyone.

We signed up for a consult at a home show. The salesman came to our house with samples and a good pitch. We also got a good discount for signing up at the home show. The salesman was really friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We did compare to a similar product and the prices were pretty close. We decided to go with RbA. Took a few months to get our custom windows. The install crew worked with our schedule and we knew exactly when they were going to show up. The crew was professional and hard working and their lead really made us feel like we were brought in to a family and they cared about their product and our happiness with it. Removing the old windows was loud but they did a lot to control the mess and keep our house clean. After the job was done, the lead called us to follow up and he also responded to our call when we had a question. My husband and I are super happy with our new windows. Noticeable difference in the wind and outdoor sounds coming in. This is a great example of you get what you pay for and these windows on sale are a good deal for what you get.

Getting windows from Renewal by Andersen is a classic “you get what you pay for” type situation. The whole process, from the consultation with Greg to the installation with Jeremiah and his crew, was well communicated, transparent, and very professional. Not only are the new windows beautiful, but the installation crew actually left our house in better condition than they found it by fixing some exterior issues from a previous installation. I would recommend this awesome, professional team to anyone. Worth every penny!

From the time I call RBA's sales rep through the end of the installation process, I was treated with a high level of professionalism. RBA communicated with me during the whole process from when my windows were measured until they were installed. Even while the windows were being manufactured. I will be using RBA again.

This company is top notch. The salesman Josh was "no pressure" & explained everything very well. He gave me lots of options to choose from. They keep you informed along the way as to progress & when the windows would be ready to be installed. 8The windows are high quality. The installers were very nice & did a great job. There was no residual dust or dirt left in the house. They were quick & cleaned up every bit of the old windows & trim pieces. They weren't cheap but my new windows & trim are beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone .

Our windows turned out beautiful. The investment was well worth the cost. Wyatt C. and his crew were easy to work with. They were very professional. The crew did our installment on the coldest week of the year with temperatures at -43 without windchill. We were kept in the loop once a month until it was time for installation and then more oftener. Our house now stays at a more even temperature with our Renewal By Andersen windows. I highly recommend RBA windows.
