Derek did an excellent job of demonstrating their product and describing their sales promotion. We were very impressed with the quality of their product after his demonstration and decided to have our sliding glass door replaced by Renewal by Andersen. Our door was quickly installed, but when we discovered some loose trim, we called the local office and someone came our right away to reattach it at no cost to us. We are very pleased with all aspects of our purchase. Great product; great service!

The two guys that came to do the install were very professional and so polite. they cleaned up as they worked and were so precise all the measurements are perfect. They were fun and seemed to enjoy their work and working with each other. We will be sure to use the same company and ask for Justin and John when we replace the front door.
