R&T services did a very good job installing gas fireplace. Job was done when promised, installers came with all supplies need for job did not have always be running for supplies they needed. Job was completed for price quoted. Did not make a mess & cleaned up everything. Looks great.

They showed up within fifteen minutes of appointed time. Laid moving blankets over my carpet to prevent any stains. Told me it would take two days and it only took one and a half.

We'll be using them for the work next week.

Horrible. R & T gave us a bid on a Trang furnance. We read it over and when we went into the office to pay for the furnance they told us that they didn't realize the furnuance was not on the bid. We saw it and showed it to us. I pointed it out to them. The problem with the bid was they put a low price on the furnance. Of course the price should have been higher. I asked them how they were going to fix this and they wanted to sell us a crappy furnance (I did research on the furnance and it was ranked low). They would not go with what the bid said. I would never recommend this company at all!!!!!!

They are very professional. They also have a very good reputation around town. They are very knowlegdeable and also have a great work ethic.

They were great to work with. They worked very quickly to make us happy. They were extremely efficient. They were able to visualize what we wanted. We were very impressed with their service. They are top-notch.

Terrible. Not an honest company at all.
