I submitted a request online and I did get a reply with the price. When I needed the work done, I called but the provider never called me back.

Called for a short notice appt around Xmas time and they made room for me, and even arrived early. Stairs were the big cleaning issue (I hate cleaning them so they get less attn) and they got them very clean. Rest of the carpet turned out great and they removed a few stubborn stains as well. Very professional and worked very quickly. Carpet was not overly wet when done and smelled great. Very pleased with the work. Cost was very reasonable and less than I had paid other companies that did inferior work. Will use again.

They were extremely flexible with my timeline and were very professional. I had a limited window of opportunity for them to do the job and they were there on time and done efficiently for my 2000 sq/ft home. We had a rental that had many stains caused by workers at a tire shop and garage. Don cleaned the carpet twice and then even went back for a few lingering areas. He made the carpet look better than we thought possible. He even checked back to see if we thought he did a good job. Who does that now days? He is so professional, on time, and did a very good job.--definitely will be our go-to carpet cleaner in the future! We have 20 rentals and need a good company! This is it!

Great job done on all carpets, and basement steps. All stains and dirty areas are gone. The carpets are older, but look very nice again. No dog or dusty odors anymore; smells fresh in our home. My carpets turned out beautiful. So much so, that we have decided to postpone getting new flooring. Don has been cleaning my carpet over the past ten years. He does a wonderful job. I highly recommend him.

He arrived right on time. He reviewed any (pet) problem areas with me and covered the different treatment options and costs. Everything looked great when he was finished. The carpet was slightly damp but not wet when he finished. I felt that the charges were reasonable. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He said he'd be checking back with me in about a week to make sure it still looked good to me once it was all dry. I will use in for any carpet cleaning in the future.

This company did a great job in cleaning some difficult spots in my bedroom carpet. Don was very friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for inexpensive high quality carpet cleaning.

The guy was great he got out all the stains. It was way cheaper than we thought it would be.

I found Premier Carpet Cleaner on Angie's List a few weeks ago. Called, they got back to me right away. We set the appointment. He said he would be there between 8:00-8:30 and was inside my house at 8:02. He was friendly. The carpets look brand new. It was quick and good. I would call again in a heartbeat.

Don provided fast, efficient service. I called with a rather tight deadline to meet, and he was able to get to our house, get the job done, and provide some valuable input within hours. Most places required at least a few days lead time. He had us taken care of on the same day! His prices, service, and professionalism are fantastic! I'll be calling Premier Carpet Cleaning again, for sure!

Premier was very prompt in returning my initial call for service. They scheduled me quickly, were prompt in arriving on cleaning day, worked quickly, and did a wonderful job on our carpets. I definitely would recommend them.

Don was extremely prompt in scheduling the appointment. When his truck broke down and he couldn't meet the scheduled time of 1:00 p.m., he came that evening to get the work done. He worked until 9:30 p.m. to get it done. He was prompt in calling to find out how the job looked after it dried. The most responsive, carpet cleaner we have used. He also did the best quality job on our carpet. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

They were fantastic them. I would highly recommend them. I would give them a high rating on punctuality, on the work done, on the professionalism. In fact, I'll have them back again to do more carpeting in our house.

I needed carpet cleaned at the last minute because I had a new furniture delivery scheduled for later in the day. He was here in two hours, and provided excellent service and results.

Don is very professional. He remembers his clients and is very personable. He is quick to respond to inquiries, reasonably priced, and we never have to wait long for an appointment (within the week). He uses a rotovac system, and I wouldn't want my carpets cleaned with a standard wand ever again. When he comes to do a cleaning, he is thorough, goes over what we want, never leaves a mess, and he has the utmost respect for our property. My husband and I are very picky about our home, and when we find someone that is as professional as Don, we stick with them. We are moving out of town soon, but if we come back, Don will be one of the first people we call for our next Billings home. I can't imagine anyone being sorry they hired Premier Carpet Cleaning.
