Description of Work: His inspection of our new house was even more thorough than I had asked for, which was good. He thought the place looked familiar, found the previous owner had already had him clean out the ducts some months earlier, and didn't waste our money by conducting a second cleaning. He did check and clean the chimney and both fireplaces, which hadn't been used in many years.

Description of Work: He did a good job. Was very professional. The only complaint I have is with his web site. I have two chimneys and there wasn't a place to indicate that when I scheduled the work, so I didn't know till he got here how much it would cost. But he was fair about it and did a good job. |

They were very thorough in the inspection of chimneys. They took the time to explain the chimney set up since it is a very old home. They were professional and courteous. Wouldn't use anyone else for chimney or duct cleaning work!!!

 + -1 moreIt didn't go well from start to finish. We were told our chimney didn't need to be cleaned but it would cost $500 to just clean the ducts. We just purchased our house and were trying to get some things done. Not sure of the exact date, but put an approximate one in order to do this survey. I was under the impression they were going to give us an estimate before doing anything.
Description of Work: We called to get our chimney cleaned and to have our duct vents cleaned. We were told over the phone that it would cost about $500. They couldn't be precise until they came to our house. When they show up to the house, they are there 5 minutes and tell us our chimney didn't need cleaning and give us a bill for $85. We thought they were there to give us an estimate. Before leaving, we are told it would be an extra $500 to clean the ducts. We didn't call them back.

 + -1 moreThey arrived on time and were very neat and clean. You can really tell the difference in the amount and quality of the air coming through the air ducts since the cleaning. I would recommend them and plan on using them to clean my chimney.
Description of Work: Air ducts had never been clean in my 1970's house. Mr. C's cleaned all the air ducts in my split level 2900 sq foot house in 2-2.5 hours. They used a machine that scrubbed and vacuumed the air ducts at the same time. They even found pieces of building material from when the house was originally built lodged in some of the ducts.

I coordinated the work for five of our condos and communications was excellent. Lamonte kept me up to date all along the way. They did a good job on all the units.
