Description of Work: Installed carpeting and linoleum in my trailer. They must have had a heck of a turnover because I was went through 4 salesmen before I was finally able to get a date nailed down and installation was done. Everytime I would call for follow up, that person no longer worked there. Eventually the work was completed and they did a good job.

When they called to check on our status they went out of their way to make it up to us for slipping through the cracks by reducing the price which really made us feel like we are valued as customers. I would use them again in the future.
