 + -1 moreIt went great. I called for a quote, and he was very responsive. I thought about it over the weekend and called him to schedule on Tuesday. They powerwashed everything on a Friday, came back Monday and finished on Wednesday. They replaced the fascia where necessary. I was having the roof done at the same time and they worked around what the roofer needed. Easy to work with, very timely response. I think I caught him in between two big jobs.
Description of Work: Exterior paint job. Last painting was 20+ years ago.

Description of Work: Painted very large house and fence. They came with the same crew everyday until it was done. They did not quibble about what needed to be painted, they just painted and painted and painted. Very professional and friendly. When I need a job done in the future I will not hire anyone else.

Description of Work: As part of a storm-damage claim from last spring's hail storm, they did a complete re-paint of our home. They were prompt to do an estimate after I made first contact, and then were able to quickly slip our job in between roofing jobs that are still going on. They did an excellent job, were always prompt, kept us informed on progress and "do's" and "don'ts", and offered to come back if we found anything to not be just right. The crew was neat, courteous, quiet, friendly, and thorough. We highly recommend Millenium.

Description of Work: when contacted for bids, one was given, other was not. when reminded wanted bid for 3 sides of home, also one for entire home if two sides had new siding.. Got bid for entire home quickly, when reminded that one bid was for 2 sides of home and another for entire home with new siding 2 sides on front wand west wall prices went way up. elected to reside front of home, asked for another bid, bid dropped in mailbox at rental (not mailed or delivered to personal residence) After a competitor completed painting the home, and way late. Stoned? hard to say, but not recommended.

 + -1 morePrompt call back to my initial inquiry. Came to do an estimate within 2 days. Scheduled work about 3 weeks out. Came and completed the work as promised. Crew was very professional and courteous. Cleaned up after the work was done. House looks great. I would use Shane Martinez again if the need arises.
Description of Work: Painted all exterior siding and trim on a 1750 sq. ft. (footprint) home with a triple car garage, and a 10' X 10' shed.

 + -1 moreEverything went extremely well. I would not hesitate to use MILLENIUM INC. again. They did an awesome job and deserve kudos and a big THANK YOU!
Description of Work: They did everything they were supposed to do, and went beyond what I expected. They painted exterior of home and garage, fence, gazebo, front and back decks. They also replaced many wooden planks/boards and painted those as well. I was very pleased with the finished product. Two other painters listed with Angie's List would not replace some of the wooden boards. This indicated they were lazy. One of them even suggested I have the house re-sided rather than painted.
