Lynnrich Seamless Siding Windows & Doors

I learned something that I should have known: Don't sign off on the customer appraisal of the installers customer service until all work is finished and cleanup is done. Seems like taking it on faith that all this will be done to satisfaction is naive. Apart from that, all went well. Installers arrived on time on the day scheduled and went right to work. They seemed to have genuine concern about the quality of their materials and work. Installation was completed within reasonable time; however, as completion drew near, it became clear that the installers were ready to leave. Therefore, cleanup was a bit less than was expected. After they left, I had to clean sawdust off my driveway and replace moved large items on my deck and yard. Since I had had recent heart surgery and was severely restricted in physical activity by my physician, I did not welcome the idea of having to take care of these things myself.

I replaced the original windows in my 1970 home with Marvin Fiberglass windows and couldn't be more pleased. I was treated well from beginning to end by the staff from Lynnrich. There was no pressure. They made sure they knew exactly what I wanted and that's what they delivered. I especially wanted to mention Red and Cory who installed the windows. They were punctual and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. The windows are beautiful and were installed well. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends. Update previous comments: After I had the windows installed, I hired a contractor to do some repairs & paint the house. He told me that the installation of the siding Lynnrich had done (they had replaced a sliding glass door with a window and half-wall) was incorrect. I asked for specifics so I could do my own research. They said that the plywood that was used under the siding was 3/4 inch instead of 1/2 inch so that the new siding was not flush with the old. They also said that lining the seams of the siding one on top of the other instead of staggered would make it prone to leaking. Unfortunately, what they told me was true so I had the contractor redo the siding. I contacted Lynnrich after it was done and they told me they would have reinstalled the siding if I would have contacted them. The windows are great. I have no complaints about them or their installation. But, if I was doing this again, I would ask for a siding expert to install the siding.

I have dealt with a number of business and I have to say that I never felt pressured by anyone with this company. The estimate guy was super friendly as well as professional. I believe he was honest and very upfront regarding my needs. He answered my endless questions and was just the best "salesman" I have worked with. He did not try to sell anything...the product actually sells itself. Lynnrich stayed in contact with me throughout ordering and when they would be here to install windows. When they came today to take out the old windows, well once again, I have to say this team was as down to earth as the rest of the guys I had worked with. These guys were amazing! What a team work they have!! From being friendly and professional, these guys were the best. Every bit of old stuff they picked up immediately, they left no debris. When they left, you would never have known that workman were here as every bit of dust, etc., was gone. In my opinion, Lynnrich employees love their jobs as they are proud of their product and are treated well by their employer. I did my research with this company prior to working with them and have NOT been disappointed at all. There are several people here in town that provided 100% positive feedback to me as well. Without a doubt I feel if I were to have a problem, they would be here immediately to take care of it. I don't know of any other company that I have dealt with that I could make that statement about.

The representative was early to the appointment and did a nice job reviewing my house for the updates. It's been over a month and I have not received the estimate.

He was awesome, professional and he knew a lot. His quote was just double what every other person in town quoted me. I've talked to other people and he was telling me I needed to replace my entire window frame and everybody I've talked to since then says not so much. So, I think he was trying to sell a high-end product, which I think would have been really good, but it wasn't necessary for me so I'm going with another company. He's called about every week even though I promised I'd call him when I know what money I can spend so I was getting a little irritated with that too because I'd told him I couldn't give him an answer. If I win the lottery I would use him in the future.

They were very professorial and attentive. They came out and did the doors first it didn't take them long and it looked great when they were finished, Then they started the siding next, we decided to go with a vertical look to our siding and it looks really nice, The guys answered any questions i had about any of it, they not only did a great job, but they also were very knowledgeable about the product and work they did. They did the gutters last and it didn't take long to get the gutters on. I love the look of my house and would use them again.

The 2 guys were very friendly and professional. They stuck to the schedule and finished on time.

As stated above, they came and gave a quote, we made a verbal commitment and they never returned to do the work.

Overall very good service - installers did a good job and cleaned up after themselves - only disappointment basement windows not finished as promised - shoulod have been prefinished trim but done with unfinished. I will see if I can get some refund??

Lynnrich was an absolute joy to work with. Joey and Amy went over and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything went as planned and even worked with our insurance company to make sure everything was taken care of. Jerry, our salesman, also was wonderful to us and worked with us every step of the process. I have nothing but the highest praise for the professional installers that did our siding. It is fiber cement siding and can be difficult to work with, but they completed the job quickly and it looks absolutely beautiful and is the pride of our block. It was wonderful to work with such a great company as Lynnrich and I can tell you first hand that customer satisfaction is their top priority. We had to make numerous calls to them to get everything finalized and each and every time we were treated so well and they were never too busy to assist us. From the owners, Joey and Amy, to the employees that work in their office, salesmen and installers, each and every one of them are consummate professionals. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for a job well done!

The installation went very well, quality work and they cleaned up after they were done. i am very pleased with the door, warranty, and plan on getting a patio door next and later on some siding.

From the initial contact to a representative coming out to measure to having the windows installed. It went very well. I definitely had the feeling that Lynnrich cares about their customers with their service and quality of work.

Overall, they did a great job. I was very satisfied with their customer service, the product, quality of work, professionalism, response to my questions and needs, and clean up of the work area. The workers were especially thoughtful and conscious of doing a good job. I appreciated that they worked diligently but did not work in a panic to get it done. It was during very hot weather (and on a steel roof, mind you), and they worked in the cool of the early morning and early afternoons. It took longer, but I felt good that it was done WELL rather than a rush job because they needed to get it done fast. Our roof has many planes and configurations, and it looks very good. We are extremely happy, all the way around.

Very happy with the quality of windows and the quickness of the install. At this time I would definitely hire Lynnrich again to do any window replacement I needed done.

WENT GREAT, JOEY ASKED ME ABOUT A MONTH EARLY IF THEY COULD DO THE ROOF AND SEEING AS HOW THE WIFE WAS OUT OF TOWN I ASKED HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE AND HE SAID IT WOULD BE DONE BEFORE SHE GOT BACK TO TOWN. THE ENTIRE JOB OF TEARING OFF THE OLD ROOF FROM THE HOUSE AND DETACHED TWO CAR GARAGE AND REPLACING THEM WITH THE NEW ROOF TOOK EXACTLY TWO DAYS AND WAS COMPLETED THE DAY BEFORE MY WIFE GOT BACK. WE HAD SOME GUTTERS ON THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE THAT WERE PLASTIC AND NONE ON THE BACK OF THE HOUSE. LYNNRICH PUT THE GUTTERS ON THE BACK AND REPLACED THE ONES IN FRONT WITH THE SEAMLESS STEEL GUTTERS AND WE HAD LEAF GUARDS PUT IN AND WE DIDN'T HAVE TO CLEAN THE GUTTERS AT ALL THIS PAST FALL. HAVING A 30YR WARRANTY ON THE ROOF AND A LIFETIME WARRANTY FOR STEEL RAIN GUTTERS WERE THE BIGGEST FACTORS IN GETTING THESE TWO JOBS DONE. VERY PROFESSIONAL FROM THE ESTIMATE TO FINAL COMPLETION. A+++ COMPANY. WE WILL BE USING THE SERVICES OF LYNNRICH AGAIN

It was really good. There were no problems. I have never had an issue with it, and it still looks like it is brand new. They did a great job, and they did a good job of cleaning up. They were there when they said they were going to be there, and they finished when they said they were going to finish. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

I am very impressed with this company. Before this, I had service if that is what you call it from ABC Seemless and they broke the contract and did not finish the job after 10 months, then after canceling the contract with ABC, I hired Lynnrich out to completely redo the job and they had it all completed satisfactorily within a week and a half after signing the contract. Also, we did finance this job at 0% financing for 18 months and until we had signed off on the job as being completely happy with the work done, they did not get paid a single dime. It is very professional of this company to actually have you sign off on the job completion before them leaving and getting paid. Comparing this business to ABC Seemless, I recommend Lynnrich over ABC Seemless in every experience. I will never use ABC Seemless again and will be using Lynnrich from now on. Also, I will have some pictures posted of the difference in quality craftsmanship or the lack of quality craftsmanship so you can obviously see the quality of Lynnrich.

They did a great job! Comparing this company to the last one who screwed us over, ABC Seemless, it is the complete opposite in every way. The salesman was very prompt and professional as well as knowledgeable on gutter systems. Just 2 weeks after signing the contract, they had all the gutters on the garage and house taken off and the new custom bent gutters installed like they were supposed to be. It was extremely obvious that Lynnrich had good quality workers installing the gutter system after seeing the last ones installed so badly that they created a pond around my garage after they left big holes in the gutters. Lynnrich came and took over and corrected every single problem that ABC created. They also finished their contract fully, as opposed to ABC who broke their end of the contract, and did not get paid and did not sign off on the job without having us sign off that we were happy with the work done. This business if very professional, very prompt and showed up exactly when they said they would, a little bit pricey, but what we got in the end was a lifetime warrantee gutter system so it is completely worth it to me. Also, I would like to add that it took one day for them to install the gutters and it was 8 degrees outside and snowing. Very hard workers, I would like to commend them for the quality of work and quality work ethic on their gutter team. I will be using Lynnrich for all future installations on the rest of the house.
