I knew Lynnrich was expensive from talking to others, and also had been told by other customers that their products are top-quality. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. Installers were all very friendly and made sure I understood how the windows work. The only little problem was nailing down the time frame for the installation. It got changed twice from original estimate. However, our cold and snow period of well below zero for several days was beyond their control. Once they established the date, they were in and out in 1 1/2 days.

It was excellent work. The quality of work exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company.

Fantastic- very clean even though windows removed and replaced, there was never a mess- ever when the installer left for breaks; the place was clean! Great job! Very satisfied!

Installers arrived about 9am & were done before noon. They installed gutter over a long flower bed without damaging the plants. They were friendly & courteous.

I ordered a new door on June 12th. It was a special order door. They said it would take 3-4 weeks to be delivered. I called them in August and asked where it was. They said they thought they had already installed the door for me. I advised they had not done so. So they made an appointment to get it installed, and never showed up. I then called to reschedule and they didn't show up for the second one either. Finally on Sept 12th I called them back and just asked for my deposit money back. I want to note that the sales person was very nice, I think it might have been one of their subcontractors who was not following through. But the salesperson tried very hard to correct the situation.

The installers were professional and answered all questions. Removed their shoes everytime they entered my house. Cleaned the area when they were through and made sure every thing was picked up and removed. If the area was going to get dusty, they warned me so I could cover my beds.
