Lynnrich Seamless Siding Windows & Doors

Very rough. Had to call and remind them that they signed a contract with a time frame that wasn't fallowed. They didn't return phone calls and admitted to seeing I called. Finally after admitting they didn't know why my gutters weren't done. Once those were completed nicely. Then the doors, the order was done late, some guy broke his foot etc as to excuses for my doors. Finally they show up for the doors and they couldn't complete 3 doors in 2 days due to a fitting issue. This led to a rude call from Joey not apologizing for the mishap and said he'd finish the job but wasn't going to make it right. Overall, their crews for installation are great and the product is great but the customer service is saddening and stressful to deal with. I pray I never have to go back to them for warranty issues due to the poor treatment.

We knew they were backed up when we ? contract but it took a few weeks longer than we were best quoted to get to our project, but when they got to us they finished in a timely manner and didn't leave a mess.

Punctual , courteous, good clean up. Happy with the look of doors they matched the stain I wanted. One door went in great and they spent a lot of time trying to square up other, not perfect but works.

We had hail damage over one year ago. There was so much damage in Billings that the work was done when we came up on their list. They did a great job and were very responsive to my phone inquiry about where we were on the list.

Cory ( the lead installer) and company Introduced themselves and kept us informed as to process, progress and problems. Where needed they got permissions and were courteous at all times. VERY PROFESSIONAL.

The crew was great. All really nice and did an awesome job. We choose them because they were a local company with a good reputation and they didn't disappoint.

They were here on time. Did a wonderful job. Did everything we asked them to do. Great guys, easy to work with.

Although we had to wait 6 months for installation we are extremely pleased with Lynnrich's quality and the professionalism of their employees. We would recommend them to anyone!

Absolutely top notch in every respect. Quick clean accurate work, quality products, not your typical big box store stuff. They explain how and what they do, and show you, pointing out typical errors that can be hidden by poor contractors. They even corrected poor work by the first window contractor we had free of extra charge. We have contracted them to replace all of our siding and gutters this spring. While their prices are higher than others, bottom line in the long run, they are the best value.

Ordered produce 7/24/14 and said it would be 12 weeks for install. I had to call to inquire about scheduling install at 12 weeks because I hadn't heard. Was told 10/30 or 11/3. Never heard back and I left messages. Finally, my husband called 12/22 and they called back to schedule for 12/23. I felt undervalued and unimportant. They were professional and great workers who installed the door and it looked.

Went well – worried about working late into evening – but by doing so they beat the snow storm the next day.

After an initial slow start (took longer than expected to begin work due to the large amount of work being done in Billings), the work went very well. The crews were here every day to complete the job. Darren, Cody and Beau installed the siding and roof. They were very personable and professional and a joy to work with. Chuck and crew installed the gutters and were prompt and professional. My house now looks amazing. I would recommend this company and be happy to work with them again.

Very professional. Entry was in a log home and required knowledge and experience to make door jam fit the new door. Product was beautiful.

Will arrived on schedule and went right to work. The only break he took was for lunch. He cleaned up after himself and did a beautiful job. We are very happy.

They got here on time every day. The job was done well. They finished when they said they would. Over all god experience. They were nice enough to show us how equipment worked.
