They did great!

The job was bid in November, 2010. The roof was done April 2011. The roof looks great. We had a small leak after a huge windy and bad rain storm. I called Jeff Woodard, and if as fixed the next day. Great service. The siding was done in early July. The work was done great by 2 very qualified, pleasant guys. The whole house looks great. We added facia to the bid. It was done with the siding. That is the problem we have. With 4 work order changes, the billing got confusing. Then the siding was short on the insurance claim. Jeff Woordard great about letting us call, the problem in the office and billing. If we called, you cant get ahold of anyone, besides the girl that answers the phone. If you ask them to call back, they dont. Never a monthly bill to keep us informed to the Bill . Very frustrating. The house looks great, and the work was very good, so that is the most inportant part. I would recomend them, but keep good records. update: since we had the siding done, and the misery of the billing, the siding has loose pieces and we have tried to get fixed. The warranty is only a piece of paper and soon as they got they bill paid, we called about siding blowing in the wind and they still dont call back. "IF" they fix the siding, i will update the work again. Seems like used car sales here. 6 weeks so far trying to get warranty work.

Lynnrich contacted us after we had attended the Billings homeshow and entered our names for a free estimate. We set up an appointment for the following week and a very energetic young man by the name of Tully Hogan came out to give us our estimate. My wife and I had already had two estimates on the windows and siding but felt like Tully provided much more information and product knowledge than the other salesman we had seen. Not only did he give us enough information but stayed with us for almost four hours making sure every detail was to our satisfaction. The overall project cost was a little more than expected but the finished product was well worth the extra money we spent. Lynnrich required us to put down 1/3 of the project cost to get scheduled. Once we had the 1/3 down Joey, the owner, came out to pre measure the windows and tell us a little bit more about the project. Joey was very helpful and patient with us when he was in the home. It did take a little long for lynnrich to come out to our house (almost three months) and get the project started but once the project began everything went very smooth. Red and Corey were a joy to work with on the windows and the same goes for the siding installers. The job was completed in a timely manner and once everything was finished Tully walked the job with us. We had a problem with a foundation vent and Tully replaced it right away. After we looked over the project we paid a final payment of 2/3 of the project cost. I read the other hateful review on angies list and am not quite sure why they gave lynnrich the rest of the project cost if they were not satisfied. I will use lynnrich for any future projects and would recommend them to anyone who asks.

The project started when Kevin Fanter came to our home to show us his product and to talk about the cost of putting new siding on our home. We agreed to the project in September 2007. The siding was put on the house in February 2008. The installers did an adequate job of putting the siding on the house in a quick and efficient manner. Kevin Fanter over saw the project and was here for the final walk through. When the project was complete and we did the walk through to determine if there was anything else that needed to be done, there were a list of things that came up and needed work. For starters our shutters were broken while be taken down and had to be replaced. I was told that as soon as the news arrived at the house, due to being a special order, someone would be out to replace them. I had to wait over 3 months for this to be completed. I asked that someone come out and clean up the scrap metal and screws scattered around then yard and garden. This was never completed and my children spent the summer cleaning up metal pieces from the gardens and the yard where they play, my two year old was cut on some of the scrap metal. My biggest complaint at this point is the fact that now that the project is complete we cannot get any customer service. Our son dented the siding on the back of house, which we were told would be almost impossible to do, last fall. I have called Kevin Fanter and the central office on multiple occasions for an estimate for repair. I have not received a phone call back from Kevin Fanter once. I set up an appointment with him through the central office for him to come out and he said he did not know of the appointment and promised to stop by and still has not been to the house. In a later phone call her promised to send someone else, Joey, if he could not make it and that has not been done either. The outside lights had to be readjusted because the entire unit would spin on the house, this is due to there being nothing to screw the lights to behind the steal siding. There is a vent in the back of the house for our stove. They forgot to put this vent in when the siding was originally put on the house. Someone had to come back out and replace this vent. They new vent does not close, the old one did, and so there is now a constant draft in our kitchen from this new vent. I would not recommend hiring this company because their word means nothing and even though there is a life time warranty on the product they offer, they do not return phone calls, complete clean up and they procrastinate in completing anything that was not done at the initial installation time. I have learned that you should always hold out 10% of the final bill until the work is completed to your satisfaction. Once the bill is paid in full the contractors do not feel the need to assist you any longer!
