Sheri was wonderful to work with. She provided the design to us the morning after she was here! It was well laid out with graphics of what it would look like post remodel. The cabinets and countertops she suggested complimented our flooring and fit our tastes perfectly! She was available for any questions we had during the process. My wife and I were very pleased in how pleasant the whole process was. We highly recommend Sheri and Kitchens Plus for any kitchen remodel!

Project was cancelled

First of all, this review is not against Kitchens Plus. They have wonderful products and a ginormous selection of counter tops, cabinets, and appliances. Everything from the basic all the way up to the extravagant and all prices in between. The estimated total cost for our remodel came in WAY under what I was expecting and the look of the completed project looks like we paid twice as much. My recommendation is that if you go to Kitchen's Plus to see about having them re-model your kitchen go to some else other than Richard Mork. That's the gentleman that's doing all of the extra work for us, like drywall, texturing and painting. First of all, he promised us that it would only take approx. 7-12 days, start to finish. It's been over four weeks and only now getting finished. He has so many other projects going on at the same time. He's over extended himself. He does all of this "outside" work after he's done with his position at Kitchen's Plus. He is a former contractor so he does know what he's doing, and what he's talking about, it's just like pulling teeth to try and get him to do the work. He also has his son helping him out and he's trying to teach him at least the basics. His son tells you that he'll be over at a certain time but doesn't show up until three hours later than when he stated he'd be there. I was so disgusted with the painting job that his son did that I told him I would do the rest of the painting myself. I'm not sure if the rest of the sales personal over at Kitchen's Plus work the same way but my recommendation is that you consider some one else for your remodeling labor or if you know how, do it yourself. Kitchen's Plus does have beautiful product and VERY reasonably priced, so I recommend them for that. Just steer clear of Mr. Mork.
