+ -1 moreThe installation of the security equipment was scheduled upon signing the contract and was immaculately done. The company is available 24/7 to explain the technicalities of the system and dealing with Kenco administrative issues is a breeze. I am completely satisfied with all my dealings with Kenco to date and would definitely choose their services again.
Description of Work: I had interior motion sensor monitors and smoke detectors installed in a 2nd home. Kenco gave professional advise regarding which of their services would best suit my situation, planned the security package I needed, and installed the equipment in my home.

+ -1 moreThe technician was very thorough and professional. I was having problems with my alarm sending out false signals. It appeared that the system would have to be replaced but with testing and reprogramming the system he was able to save us the cost of a new system. The technician also identified and showed me a possible source of future problems and gave me advice as to how to prevent them from occurring. The service was very prompt and he called to confirm his arrival time.
Description of Work: Tested alarm wiring, main alarm circuit boards and system and reprogrammed the system.
