Its a common issue with a new home build, but some pipes needed cleared out. The staff was courteous. I will use them again if needed.

Mark came out a bid a job for $1200 and told us he was back up two weeks. So set it up for him to come about 20 days from bid he called the night befor he was suppose to show up to do the work and said that another Job trump mine, and he would need to move me to Friday I said that would be ok than Friday morning at 8:15 ( was to start job at 8:30 ) he calls and said one of his guys got hurt and now he will not be able to do the Job at all. So long story short waited 22 days to get no work done and have gone without are master bath for this time.

Mark was very nice and efficient, He went straight to work as soon as he arrived, and wasted no time getting the job done. We plan to hire him for future projects, Would highly recommend him.

The price was reasonable. He did a good job and he was very nice.

I called Hertz Plumbing and talked to Mark, the owner. I explained what I wanted done and we made an appointment to meet him at my house. I had to work it out over my lunch hour and he was very accommodating and on time. We looked at the job and he quoted me a price on the spot. He was able to fit me in within the week on a day that worked for me. The work was done well and in a timely fashion. |My only complaint is on the day of the service call. I was staying home from work until Mark arrived so that I could get him started and then go to work (supervised by my son). He didn't show up at the time we agreed upon and after an hour and a half, I called him to see what the hold up was or if he had forgotten. He didn't remember my name but did have my address down. He explained that they had a broken waterline that they were fixing. I asked why he hadn't called me and told me he was going to be late, he replied that he didn't have my number. I felt this was not very professional, he did apologize.

Mark the plumber arrived on time with the new water heater in a very clean truck wearing clean clothes and completed tools. Was friendly and business like, installed unit, no muss no fuss, well organized and fast. Perfect clean up. Took only 2 hours. Anyone can depend upon and trust this guy. A very refreshing experience.

Excellent. I had trouble finding a plumbing company that would install my choice in water heater. Most of them insist you buy the brand they carry, which I found to be of mediocre quality when I researched them. I found the brand and model I wanted at Lowes and these guys were happy to install it at a reasonable price. And they did an excellent job. And their price was reasonable. And they are honorable, which is unusual in this day-and-age.

We have used Hertz Plumbing and Heating Inc for 15 years, they were recommended to us by a friend. He did plumbing work for us years ago when we remodeled our kitchen. We have always been very satisfied with his work. He is prompt, polite and is always professional and courteous.
