herberts appliance repair

Made appointment with Herberts last Thursday, 2-4. Advised them freezer in refrigerator was working but the fridge itself was not cold. They made appointment for 2-9 or 2-10. In the meantime, I have no refrigerator! I called them Monday, 2-8 to confirm appointment, only to find out they had never scheduled appointment at all. I will make repair arrangements with someone else.

When I first called, it took them 4 days to come out. Then he said it would take 3 days to get the part. Never heard from them after a week, Called and they said the repairman was on vacation and they would call back the next day. They never did. I then called the following day and when they checked the order the girl said,"Oh no", then put me on hold. After a few minutes, she said they would have the part tommorow and he would be out in the afternoon. They never called or showed up. So unprofessional and horrible. Been without our refrigerator for over 2 weeks now. i ordered part online and will install myself, which I should have done in the first place.
