The contractor had such a disorganized mess and incompetent carpenters who could not keep a schedule that allowed the painter to finish before going to another job. Patrick had to cover a lot of imperfections and put in much extra time because of the lack of proper oversight of the project.his work ethic should have been an example to the "carpenters". There is still a lot of painting to be completed.
Description of Work: Painted most of the exterior and most all of the interior of our new home. Patrick the painter made sure our color choices were properly used (many colors throughout). The bid was done through the general contractor, so I am not exact on costs. Project has not been completed to date (15 months of this).
