Faithful Disaster Restoration

After the hail storm of May 2014 we had a new roof put on and siding damaged by the hail replaced. After the big snowstorm in January 2015 we had leaks in the new kitchen, master bedroom, master bathroom, office and crawl space. The guys from Faithful Disaster Restoration came immediately to assess the damage. They removed all of the wet drywall except behind the cabinets in the kitchen where they were able to blow air in the walls behind the cabinets without having to remove them even though they did have to remove a section of the quartz back splash. They also put in 5 air scrubbers in addition to the fans due to the mold found in the walls in the bathroom and office. They cleaned and sealed the areas that had mold. Once we got the repairs made to fix the poor roofing job they came back and put up new sheet rock and then textured the walls to match the rest of the walls not affected by the water damage. They replaced the baseboards in the office. They painted the damaged area in the bathroom and would have painted all of the rest where there was damage but we were changing the color of the walls so told them we would do that ourselves. These guys are the best to work with in that it took from January until May for them to be able to come in and do the final repairs as we couldn't get repairs to the roof done until then. They are genuinely concerned with all of the damage and want you to have everything back the way it was as soon as possible. They do such an awesome job with the cleaning, drying out of affected walls, sealing of mold and repairing all of the damage. Hopefully we won't need them again but should we ever have water/smoke/mold issues they will be the first people we call. They are definitely the go to guys for any disaster restoration and if we could do an A+ rating we would do so in a heartbeat..
