Eggart Construction

The first meeting was OK. But the second time was a disaster. He checked out our house and I needed to make some adjustments and he was to come back when I was done and inspect. If done to meet standards then he would send an e-mail to that would eventually go an underwriter that could then approve the loan for the people who were to purchase our home. Then we could purchase another home. Both purchases had closing dates set and were waiting until Quentin could inspect the changes. I notified him by e-mail on Sunday night (12/11/2011) that the house was ready to inspect and he e-mailed back that he had plans to be in the area on Wednesday (12/14/2011) and I replied that I would be waiting for him. I waited all day and into the night on Wed for Quentin to show up but he did not. I called and left messages and e-mailed him to see if he was coming that day with no response. I figured he was busy and couldn't make it that day but would come the next day but I thought it rude for him not to make contact with me. Thurs came and went with no show and no contact on his part. We called and left messages and e-mailed but still no response. Friday has come and no show from Quentin and we have called and e-mailed again with no response from him. Friday afternoon, Quentin finally called my wife and rudely explained to her that he was tired of us bothering him all the time and that we needed to exercise patience and that the "million dollar customers come first". He stated that he was overwhelmed and did not have time for us and to quit bothering him. So be it. Why did he not explain this to us in the first place and it would have saved everyone much turmoil. His communication with us was beyond terrible and put us through H*** waiting to here from him with the sale of our home in the balance depending upon his actions. I believe his behavior to be very rude and inconsiderate and if you are not a "million dollar customer", Quentin does not have time for you and he will keep you hanging in limbo until he finally calls and blows up at you on the phone. oc
