 + -1 moreNot committed to contracted job. Off and on doing other projects elsewhere. Last 10% of project including detail work left up to employee instead of finishing the work on a timely basis. Had to continually get on him to get sidewalks in and deck built in order to get cert. of occupancy. Took over 30 days to complete punch list. would not help (answer phone,text,e-mail) when needed to get information to lender regarding warranty. Overall very bad experience. would not hire again or refer to anybody.
