Denny's Electric

I called Denny's Electric the week of July 21 and left a message. It is August 9th and they still haven't called back. I contacted another electrician on July 29th who called me back the same day and completed the work on August 5th. When I mentioned that I had called Denny's first, he said they were good electricians and that everyone was busy. Be that as it may, if they don't call back, it doesn't matter how good they are.

It did take them awhile to make it to my house, which is what I expected .. they were busy and the work in my garage was not an emergency. Couldn't ask for anyone better to work at my place!!!

Denny's has been great. Both times they've been very considerate of our requests to take off shoes, and to try to be quiet while our daughter slept. The second time they were out, the fan they installed had been having some wobbling issues, and even though they were busy and had done what we asked them to, Wiley took the time to deconstruct it and fix our wobble. We will definitely call on them any time we need something electrical done. He answers questions in fairly layman terms, and they were prompt and efficient.

It went well. They are professional and efficient and; I believe charged fairly.

Wiley was responsive, timely, came prepared to complete the job with an assistant. He was clean, thorough, and pleasant to work with.

I could not ask for better service or value. They did exactly as I asked and were very knowledgeable, helpful, and inexpensive.

original call was courteous. I received a call from the electrician the next day and scheduled appointment for the following day. He was on time, courteous, and knowledagable. Price was much lower than I expected.

This company is very good and they go by code for the city!

I called Denny's electric a week ago. Wiley said they might be able to get me in the following week, but that it could be 2 weeks out. He answered one of my questions on the phone, leaving only the outlet installation. He called twice the next week, once to set the day to come out and once to confirm the day of the work. They were right on time, put a tarp down, and took less than an hour to put the outlet in. He was also more than willing to put a second in since we were thinking about doing that as well. He checked on the 2nd outlet work before leaving, and the price was exactly what he quoted. They were clean, quiet (for our baby) and quick. I would definitely call them again, and I felt the price was more than reasonable for the great work they did. I would certainly recommend them.

He rang the doorbell, introduced himself and went downstairs to determine the problem and what tools he would need. He made several trips to his van parked in our driveway and explained to me each step what he was doing and why. More importantly, when he replaced a switch he explained how to prevent the problem (water in switch) in the future. He also looked at a motion sensor device which has never worked well. He put it at the highest setting and then recommended that we put in a traditional switch since it would never work well. We are very happy. He arrived on time and the day after I called for an appointment. I will use him again.

Denny's was very understanding and flexible working around my busy schedule. They were very prompt, courteous, and professional. I was impressed with their work, especially since they finished ahead of schedule, that I had them do more work on my house before they left. I'm definitely calling them back for future electrical work.

I needed some electrical work done as soon as possible and after calling numerous electricians I found that Denny's was able to give me the earliest estimate. They were very professional, friendly, and organized from the first phone call all the way to the repair date. Wiley came to give the estimate and ended up fixing it on the spot. He was informative as to what I can do in the future to lengthen the life of a motion light and he was quck and clean with his work.

It was a great experience and they were very professional.

I was very pleased with their work. They were very professional and curteous (and were nice to my two cats). They even vacuumed before they left! Nice people, and I will use them for any other issues I may have that their company services.
