I didn't get a discount for material, still charged as if it was new material the whole run. Felt like since I did the later and used 75 feet of older fence price should have been better

But, Creative Vinyl Fencing was prompt and efficient in coming out to our place and assessing the situation and gave us a good bid on work that needed to be done. Couldn't have asked for nicer people who are on top of their game! If my husband agrees to the project, we will certainly use their services!! |

Description of Work: Estimate for new deck.

Description of Work: Replaced a wooden fence around a pool with a sturdy green aluminum/cast iron-like fence. The quality of the fence was excellent. However, the top posts for the fence were missing. I had paid for the fence prior to fence completion. I was told that the missing parts would take a few days longer. After 3 months of not responding to my calls, I paid the company owner a home visit to inquire about the missing fence parts. Two more months passed before I finally received the missing parts, and without so much as an apology. The company knew I was selling the property but that did not seem to be important to them. What was important was that they got their money right away and could care less about honoring their commitment, and didnt want to be bothered nor respond to my calls. I will NEVER use them again.

Description of Work: We had a six foot tall, vinyl, privacy fencing installed around the perimeter of our backyard on our acre lot. They installed one 12 foot wide vinyl gate for our R.V. and two, 5 foot wide aluminum gates. We did look at two other companies before choosing Creative Vinyl Fencing. We liked that this company doesn't put concrete at the bottom of each post. If you want to move the fence later, for some reason, it is not as hard to do. Their system is quick to install. I think it only took them two and a half days for our large yard. We are very pleased with our fence, and this company, and would recommend them highly. In addition to the fence, we purchased the materials from them for a 16 foot square deck that we constructed on the back of our house. The deck materials are not available for purchase at our local home improvement store. They also provided the instruction we needed for a very successful finished product. Constructing the deck was a ton of work, and I do not see us ever doing that again! Creative Vinyl Fencing advised us on what materials we needed from them, and they delivered the materials to our house in a timely manner. This company also builds decks, but we chose to do the labor ourselves.
