Description of Work: Purchased a manufactured home from this company. It was a special order home so it was delivered direct from the manufacturer. We ordered the home in March of 2011 and were told it would take about three weeks to deliver. We were required to make a 10% down payment before the home was even ordered. We were told the check would not be cashed until the financing was in place and the home order put in, but before all that even took place this company cashed our check!!! The home took twice as long to be delivered than what was promised. Once it was finally delivered, several items were in need of repair. A wall in the master bath was cracked from the ceiling to about half way down the wall, there was a tear in the kitchen linoleum, and cracks in the ceiling around the skylight in the other bathroom. The delivery and setup team was made aware of repairs needed upon walk through and inspection, minus the bathroom wall as we found that issue about a week later and then notified the company. They knew from the start that repairs were needed yet failed to come in a timely manner to do so. We have since had other problems with the home but refuse to call the dealer as we do not care to get treated as poorly as we did the first time.
