Mark did a fantastic job installing a tankless water heater. They arrived ready for the job with all the parts and supplies needed. They may have even left the area cleaner than they found it. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin.

My only complaint is that I never received an appointment. It was a phone call from the technician stating he would be at my residence in 15 min to do the installation. Luckily I had nothing going on.

They had to do the work in a lot of muck so it wasnâ t easy. They stuck to their estimate.

Nick was friendly & professional. He installed a new gas line for a range & a new gas line for heat in the garage. We are new to the area & appreciated his timeliness.

I thought the job was done correctly, I also think the customer service was poor at best. It took 3 weeks to get a receipt and the explanation of service was poor, I truly believe I was overcharged , the guy was here for 30 minutes and charged $297. He also cleaned his mud from his feet on my front top step Ben Franklin is my 8x uncle I object to the use of his name and the overcharging for 30 minutes if work with such a poorly written explation of the reasons for the price.

Explained everything, quotes were spot on. Courtesy was excellent. The bathroom needed more parts than he had in his truck but they arranged for parts and labor and did a great job. Explained options and price and helped me stay within my budget

Clean out of main sewer lasted two days. Another provider contacted.
