great workmanship clean cut I like that

Started contract on 27th July. It is now Sept. 1 and still not done. Plumber came first day and had to demo a little. Next day I was his 2nd customer of the day. 3rd day they called and told that because of an emergency job that they could not make it. Rescheduled for 2 days later. worked for about 4 hours and said could not any more until framer came in and built some wall frames. Rescheduled for 3 days later and installed pipes where they belong and told me that they could not do anymore until the walls were finished. Walls are finished. were scheduled for 2nd job of the day and got called because that job was taking longer than they thought and had to call in another plumber to help at that location. Had to re-schedule for after labor day for (2nd job of the day again). In total since the initial estimate and today's date (Sept 1) have only seen plumber about 4 or 5 times. When they show up they are very good at their work, Plumbers are great but scheduling and their contingency plans are not rated high.

A big Thank You to Leon and Pat for the work. Leon was on duty Sunday when the leak occurred (they never happen during the week, do they?). He was totally up front about the higher weekend rate and was able to assure me the problem would be okay until the next day. He saved me money and I really appreciate that. Pat did the work onsite the next day. He explained things well, prepared an estimate, talked about alternatives. You can tell he's enthusiastic about the work he does; and that goes a long way toward his excellent customer service. Overall, I'm thrilled with the service and already planning some other non-emergency replacement work for them.
