The process from contract signing to completion took about 2 months. The start of the job was delayed by (1) the local demand for roofing services, (2) a wait for the arrival of the premium shingles that had to be ordered. The actual job took 6 days for the 30 square roof. There was a one day delay due to weather (rain and heavy winds). The working crew consisted of 2 or 3 men. They, and the roofing contractor (Ray Beaulieu), were professional, friendly, accomodating, and courteous. The installation was excellent and all debris generated was cleaned up at the end of every working day. The roofing contractor visited the job several times during the process and inspected it upon completion.
Description of Work: Reroofing of an existing wood shake roof. Installation of premium composite shingles.
