Description of Work: Started work to repair water damage in my house. Original estimate was $1,400.00. They submitted a bill to my insurance carrier for over $18,000.00. (I have not made a mistake in the decimal point) Have not seen or heard from them in over 4 months. They have been working 10 months to complete a 3 week job.

Description of Work: The provider cleaned and shampooed carpets. I use this provider consistently to clean and shampoo my carpets or clean tile in all my rentals. The provider is very professional, does excellent work and is very knowledgeable in all aspects of cleaning and disaster response. I have also had them mitigate mold in a home which was quite a problem. All was done to a high EPA standard and corrected completely.

The quality of their work exceeded our expectations. We had major structural damage to our finished basement following a large water loss. B&B was on the scene within 45 minutes after our emergency call. The restoration project took almost 3 months to complete. Their entire work product was professional, using excellent craftsman who kept us informed throughout the entire project. They were both reassuring and empathetic about our disaster. The communication was excellent. The quality of materials were what we expected. We highly recommend their professional services.

This company had the nicest people to work with. They were so dependable and efficient and here every day for two weeks.The house has never been so clean and fresh smelling. I would recommend them anytime to anyone. Josh was the best!
Description of Work: I only go in basement to change furnace filter so hadn't been down there in a few months. Water heater had apparently been leaking for quite some time. Basement totally soaked with mold about 3' up the walls. Everything had to be taken out of basement with water and mold cleanup. Everything had to be wiped down. They had machines in the house for two weeks to clean the air. They vacuumed all the vents out. The insurance covered all the water damage but not the mold cleanup which no insurance co. does unless you specifically ask for that in your policy. So my cost was on top of what insurance covered but I chose not to replace anything since I do not use the basement. It's important to get specifics on out of pocket costs.
