It was very good. They came in and took care of everything. They left it all cleaned up. I would use them in the future.
Description of Work: I used Arbor Tech Tree Service in October. They trimmed some good branches and diagnosed the trees that had some issues.

I was really pleased with the work. I found that they really didn't make an appointment, they just kind of fit me in when they would be on my side of town. I really didn't like that because my life is busy and I like to know when I need to be here. Initially they took a long time to get here, but once they were here they were finished quickly. I think that was their downfall because they didn't come out quickly. They did a good job, but I am not sure if I will use them again because they were so hard to get out here.
Description of Work: They shaped up a couple of trees in the front yard and cut off some low branches on 5-6 trees.

In this particular case, The customer reuested that the tree work needed to be done asap.(july2010) Our next available opening was September 2010. The customer was told we could try and squeeze the job in between our regularly scheduled jobs if time allowed but that it could not be gaurenteed. The customer told us that would be great and did not request that we call unless we could not get the work done in a timely matter. Within 7 days of being given the estimate the job was completed. Arboor Tech worked this job in between other jobs in a timely-professional manner. We were shocked to read this comment!! We try our best to accomodate our customers requests and needs with our very busy schedules. Thank You!! Management

This is the second year we've used Arbor Tech; they are punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. They've always been able to answer any questions we've had about our trees and have given us good suggestions. We would be glad to recommend them to anyone!
