The salesman was very prompt, easy to communicate with through email, answering all my questions and allowing us to have the areas ready for installation. Since we live out of town, he sent 2 technicians in one van to get all the work done in one day so we could save on paying extra gas money for two trips. He picked two very good systems to install in our home. The methane gas removal system is very very nice and very easy and low maintenance and after 4 months have not had a problem yet with it. The technicians also installed an RO Unit, taking out all the sodium, etc. from our well water. Both systems were set up to work great with each other, absolutely perfect water, I wouldn't change a thing. They did a great job installing the equipment all in one day. The main technician, which I have to add, did an amazing job. He later came back out several times to check on everything after having the RO not working properly and having to add an additional pre-filter to the system. He came out with the intentions of just getting the system up and running properly with absolutely great water, long-lasting, and with the care of giving us great water instead of just worrying about the money up front, that was his last thought. It is nice to see someone what cares more about the quality and warrantee of the work and system than the money, like most contractors we have run into. I do recommend this company, especially the salesman and technician I dealt with. They will give you great water, and if any hiccups on the way, will fix it until they do.
