Description of Work: I needed a new garage door. I called three businesses and left messages. One didn't call me back. Alpha was the first one to return my call. I went down that afternoon to choose the door style and color. He figured the cost while I was there and we set the date of installation for a few days later. The installers came out on time, worked efficiently (during a steady snow) and had it installed in two or three hours. Someone called later to ask if I was satisfied with the job. Every contact with Alpha was pleasant and efficient. I highly recommend them!

Description of Work: Installed overhead doors and one opener. House is older so squareness was a problem. They solved it by a few visits to correct problems. Provided instructions on all aspects of future needed adjustments.

Description of Work: This is a family owned business and I had them install a new garage door on a new house was building. I was still living and working in Colstrip. They came and installed it and when I came home it was all done. We also had them repair a bus barn door at school that was backed into. They also adjusted the other doors. They are very competitive and work with you to get the best deals. I will defiantly use them again.

Description of Work: Garage door was off track, frame bent. Company that usually has maintained the door does not take calls on Sat. so found this listing in yellow pages. Took a chance and called. Repairman was here within 30 min. Problem was quickly resolved. Door is not only repaired but in better shape than before. Company stands behind work. Representative was knowledgeable, polite, and professional. Requested that our experience be given to Angie's List without first asking how we felt about the service. They will be the go to company in the future.

Description of Work: I called Alpha and they were at my house within an hour. They straighted some brackets, replaced some parts, put new weather stripping on the bottom of the door and lubricated everything. The service provider explained everything to me and quickly completed the work with an "If you have any problems, please call. We want to give you the best service possible." He also gave me the age of my garage door opener and suggested that when I started having problems with it, that it should be replaced rather than repaired as it ends up being less expensive in the long run. Very satisfactory work and a relief to have it fixed so quickly.
