ADVANCE LAWN SPRINKLERS

Description of Work: Claimed they did trenchless pipes. Not so. They dug up my back yard to lay new pipe. What a mess. They put in all new sprinkler heads but put them in crooked (not level). Had to have another sprinkler company come out and fix their work. The owner of Advanced Sprinklers Ritchie told me to deduct an amount we had agreed to. Then one of Ritchie's workers (thug) came to my door and threatened to dig up the sprinklers. I told him Ritchie told me to deduct the amount because I had to have someone come and fix their mess. Within less that an hour I had 2 sprinkler heads (equal in value to the amount the owner had me deduct from the bill) missing from the alley side of our garage. I called the police and made a report. This company had been formerly owned by a gentleman called Tom who did top quality work and never made you wait. He was very fair on his prices. We will never use nor recommend their services to anyone.

Description of Work: Used this service for blowing out my sprinklers for the past 2 winters. He was on time both times. Did great work and didn't take long. It's one flat price for his service. Was very nice and didn't mind that my dogs were barking at him. Will be calling him next year and the year after that.
