All of our questions about materials and warranty were answered by the estimator and we felt very comfortable with the entire process. The crew installing our fence was very courteous and professional. The fence looks awesome and we would definitely recommend them!!

Description of Work: The pergola over my patio was constructed about 5 years ago. It's great. The problem, however, comes after a summer hailstorm that left a couple beams damaged and the end caps broken off. I have sent photos and left at least 5 voicemails - and I have never gotten a reply. It's now mid-November. Nothing from Ted for 5 months now.
