A PLUS FLATWORK

I didn't get the professional courtesy of a response, they didn't deserve my business.

for He tore down our old deck and used some lumber from that for the concrete forms. he did not set the forms at ground level, so the concrete ran out under the forms. When he did the stamping, he did not line up the pattern. We had the concrete colored red and a gray color release for accent. He put too much release powder on the concrete so there was almost more gray color than red. He built some steps with wood that was already splitting and with knots. He left his garbage ( drink bottles, sunflower seeds, etc ) in the grass on a daily basis. He did not want to haul away any of the materials he had left over. We had a roll of plastic sheeting and a 20 ft tarp laying in the yard that we had used to cover the dirt so as not to track it on the concrete, He took them! We were not able to be at home during the day to watch everything, but we do have a security camera in the backyard, but we did not feel the need to view the tapes until after he closed the project, Needless to say, we did not like what we saw! Everytime through the project when I mentioned something I did not think was right, all he could say was " it is too late to fix it now " When he asked for the last part of his payment, he said the expenses were more than he had expected because he had not priced everything out when he gave us the estimate! We ended up paying hundreds more. The whole job was sloppy and he was very unprofessional.
