Poor follow-up, no return calls, poor responses on getting home maintenance completed.

.We have not received a statement from "A Better Property Management Firm (Firm) since March 2011.
Damages exceed the $2,300 security deposit by approximately $2,000 but we don't know what the Firm has or has not paid.
Many of the repairs contracted for by the Firm were done by the owner's former husband and had to be redone.
He also installed an inferior window covering unit after the Firm was specifically told to replace it with the same quality material as the original.
Shoddy work and substandard materials should not be charged to the homeowner but paid for by the contractor or the expense written off by the Firm or charged against the Firm's Errors and Omissions insurance.
Repairs started in April but were not completed until September 2011. Even then, the window covering for one door had hidden damage and still needs to be replaced.
We fired this firm on April 29.
They have ignored written requests for an accounting sent by registered and regular USPS.
Engage them at your own peril.
We have pictures and additional documentation available.
