Joyce and her licensed assistant were amazing. We interviewed approx. 6 local real estate agents and ultimately decided to go with Joyce. Her experience, her reputation and integrity were beneficial, but it was the personal way she approaches real estate that really stood her out among a very competitive pack. Our house was priced competitively for quick sale (we got an offer after 2 wks...not enough time to put up a sign). Joyce had told us that we could list for more, but the days on market would increase. She gave us examples of like homes on the market, and a lot of them had been on the market well over a year. Once we had an offer on our house, we looked to Joyce again to lead us to where we are now...the house of our dreams. The most amazing thing about Joyce was that as we were looking at homes, my husband saw a house on the road we were on and said, "if that house had a little more acreage and a shop, it would be perfect!" Joyce actually stopped the car on the side of the road, looked at us and said "I know the property for you!" We turned around, she made a call and later that afternoon, we were making our offer on the home of our dreams. It REALLY WAS THAT SIMPLE!!! We had searched online for SO many hours of homes to replace our house that we had sold with Joyce, and all along all we had to do was point out a house on the side of the road and she did the rest. The entirety of both of our transactions were so seamless and so easy, all we had to do (literally) was show up to sign. My husband couldn't be happier and we look forward to recommending Joyce and her services again. One of the greatest things about working Joyce was that she really cares about what she does. Its not about commissions, its not about making the sale, its about making YOU happy. She offers the best services to sellers...she has a licensed realtor as an assistant so that if she isn't in the office, her assistant can do ANYTHING that she can do. Real estate should be this easy. I HIGHLY recommend Joyce, her licensed assistant, Christie, her office, her systems, her knowledge and her experience!
