Certified by the American Home Inspectors Training Institute (AHIT) and Licensed in the State Of Washington (license # 1342), Gia is also member of the Gallatin Association of Realtors (GAR) and American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI membership # 258804). Her company follows the ASHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.
With more than 20 years experience in property investments and renovations, Gia has managed refurbishment and design projects of single family homes and commercial properties in the UK, Romania and Canada as well as owned a successful glassware wholesale & retail company in the UK.
