Description of Work: I hired Jeff to put new wiring in a commercial building I was remodeling. He would only work on a time and materials basis, totally understandable. However, he worked only at nights so I couldn't track his time spent on the property and only when he felt like showing up. On one occasion I hadn't heard or seen any progress out of him for a week so I called him. He said he was on vacation and wouldn't be back for a month. When he returned he didn't call or let me know he was back. I finally reached him and he said he could get back on the job in about a month, he had to do some work for another client. I fired him. He wouldn't sign a lien waiver after being paid over $30,000 for his work. He said he 'burned' the final lien waiver I sent him after I told him I was going to make a change. Not a good guy.
