Very well. He was professional, friendly, very knowledgable about plumbing, and he kept us informed of progress and cost of services.
Description of Work: fixed a toilet with a slow leak; fixed a shower head that leaked when the faucet was turned on; redid the hot water heater to bring it up to current standards.

Everything went well. Ken is a professional and told me what the problems could be before we started and kept me informed about what he was doing during the testing. Thankfully is was something that he could fix on the spot. He was very informative on how to maintain the septic tank. I will call them again if I have any plumbing problems. .Ken was great. Professional, informative.
Description of Work: Water and sewage was backing up into the shower. Washer leaking from underneath. Ken cabled with optics through system to septic tank. Blockage seen. He cleared obstruction at tank inlet. He had to remove toilet to do test.

Ryan Farmer showed up ahead of schedule, professionally dressed in uniform. He quickly diagnosed our sewer problem. He explained the situation and the cost of repair. Working fast and efficiently he solved the blockage in our sewer line. He had to improvise by modifying on part on hand rather than waste time going downtown to buy another one. It was Saturday and most plumbing stores were closed. There wasn't any extra charge for working on the weekend.
Description of Work: My basement floor drains had backed up and I tried clearing them out with a snake. Nothing worked. It was Saturday and I didn't think I could get a sewer business to com help. I called around and Mr Rooter was on duty 24/7. They (Ryan) said they could be there in 3 hours.

They did a really good job as far as making contact with us. We had a special order item, and there were some issues with the special order that wasn't necessarily their issue. It was an issue from a company that they came from, and they did a really good job of keeping us posted.
Description of Work: We used Mr Rooter of Bozeman. They put in a new garbage disposal. We had some copper drains in our sink that had lost their patina, so they put in new copper drains. They did a check like to make sure all of the other drains were properly working in the house and that there were no leaks.

The guy who showed up wasn't strong enough to carry the stuff down stairs, so he had my son carry down everything. The equipment squirted out raw swaged onto the bathroom walls. I called the company to complain, and they were not very happy with his performance.

He was very thorough with his explanation, and checked all faucets in house as a curtesy, free of charge.
Description of Work: The problem: toilet was leaking water from base. Removed toilet to replace wax ring. Reset, and it tested correctly.
