SINCE THE FIRST OF THE YEAR SHE HAS NEGLECTED TO SERVICE OR COMMUNICATE WITH A NUMBER OF CLIENTS, INCLUDING MYSELF. ALL EFFORTS TO CONTACT HER HAVE PROVED FUTILE.
