+ -1 moreI needed it done right away and he squeezed me in even though I could tell he was booked up. Bob doesn't have a shop per se, so he came to my house and did all the work in my garage, which was better because then I didn't have to move the fridge. Repair was great, timely, and low cost. He was great to work with.
Description of Work: Pretty major repair on refrigerator, replaced coils inside, replaced heat exchanger, filter, etc. recharged with coolant

+ -1 moreI called Bob and left a message. He promptly called me back. I told him the problem over the phone. He was pretty sure what was wrong and told me he could be at my house in 10 to 15 minutes, and he was right on time! He was right about what was wrong on had the part in his truck. He quickly defrosted the freezer fixed the part and had it working smoothly in less then 30 minutes. He answered all of our questions and was very pleasant. Same day service at a fair price. I would recommend him and use him in the future.
Description of Work: Fixed my ge side by side refrigerator. It wasn't defrosting and was not staying cold on either side.

Description of Work: Our refrigerator stopped running, and Bob came right out to take a look. Rather than do a big repair, he said it probably just needed a cleaning, and he got the coils all vacuumed out. It seems like it is working fine now, though Bob warned that the compressor in this model is not very good and might yet break down. He could have easily enough replaced the startup circuit or something and done a bigger bill, but he was honest and fair and seemed to know what he was doing. I recommend him highly!
