+ -1 moreWe asked U-Haul for a recommendation for someone to pack our house and load it on the truck. Their rep came to the house, looked through the rooms and made an estimate of how many moving boxes we would need and what size truck we would need. Crew arrived on time and 3 of the 4 person team were well trained, friendly and accommodating. When the truck was 60% loaded, the mover realized that we were not going to be able to fit everything on. We had to secure an additional u-haul trailer, leave our camp trailer behind. We had to return to Montana later in the week to load our pickup truck and bring our camper to Idaho. Ended up coasting more for the additional trailer and the return trip. The mover was very accommodating as the lead person and a helper showed up to help load the pickup when we had to make the return trip.
Description of Work: Estimated job too low. We had to get an additional u-haul trailer and still had to return to montana to get another pickup truck load. They did not charge additional and did come back to help load the pickup. Would have been nice to have a closer estimate of space.
