This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in Bozeman! I contacted them because they were the one company I found that ordered the glass and installed it. I thought that would be an indication that the installations would be better. I couldn't have been more wrong. They did a few of the installations and those seemed OK although they weren't too careful and damaged some of the wood frames around the windows. But then there was one window that they installed and the glass was clearly defective - at night the reflection was like a carnival mirror. I let them know about this and they said they would come check it. Nothing happens fast with them but they did come check it eventually and felt it was put in backwards. So they turned it around but it was just defective. They re-ordered the window at least 3 or 4 times and it took literally months to get it back, then they would come out and the window was either the wrong size or they dropped it and broke it. At one point, the woman in the office tried to convince me that I had told her I would just live with the defective window which I most certainly did not! During one of these episodes the guy said he had brought the wrong window and would run back to the office and be back in less than 45 minutes. 5 hours later I called the office to find that they didn't have the right size and would have to reorder yet again. It took almost a year for them to fix it and it really isn't right but I don't want to deal with them ever again. Another window they installed had the seal fail and I showed this to the guy when he was here. He left telling me he would report it and call me back. That was 7 months ago and I've never heard another word. I would drive to another state to get my own windows before I would deal with this company again!!
