+ -1 moreHe patched the hole in the wall, but used a texture grout that does not match the rest of the wall and he never replaced the siding on the garage. I have been left with a mess of his working materials in my kitchen, a mismatched wall, hole still in the siding outside, and he only painted the top of the deck, not the bottom, leaving me to do it myself. I can of course, but if I'd had time to do all this in the first place, why would I have hired someone to do it for me?? This guy is a joke.
Description of Work: I had hired Above Average Construction Inc. to do a few things around my house that needed (still need) to be done. He was to sand/ stain the back porch, patch a hole in my wall, and replace a piece of siding on the outside of the garage. When he came to scope the place out, he left with out giving me an estimate and told me I needed to go out and round up materials. He had no specific materials in mind. After about a week, he came back and started staining the deck, without sanding it. Then came back a good month later to finish the job.

Description of Work: build out for a bathroom including the demolition of existing wall and construction of a new wall. Demolition of wall required support beam/header to be constructed.
