+ -1 moreAfter a huge fiasco trying to find a plumber (with no success) to install a hot water heater for us, my husband and son saw a Galle Plumbing and Heating truck on the street and flagged them down. When asked if they could install a hot water heater for us, they replied that they'd love to and gave my husband the phone number for their office to schedule it. When we called the office, we were informed that a new water heater would cost approximately $500.00 and approximately $400.00 to install it, however, if we wanted to buy our own new water heater, they would be happy to install it. The appointment was scheduled for 8:30 the next morning, they were at our house PROMPTLY at 8:30 and we had hot water by 10:00 a.m. This, after having been without hot water for 3 full days! The plumber and his assistant were very knowledgeable, very courteous and very professional. We were able to find a very good hot water heater for $417.00, saving us a substantial amount of money.

+ -1 moreNever heard from them after the initial phone call. Took information about the needed parts down to their shop and they never called back. Had used their services previously and it took a week and a half for them to come out and they charged way too much for what they did and it has been very hard to contact anyone to discuss the bill.
Description of Work: Called them and they said they would get right on our problem which was that there was no water at all at the property and the next day they never called back, never showed up to work on it and never responded in any way.
