Description of Work: My washer would not spin, motor just hummed. Rather than just saying I needed a new motor, Pat did something to the old one to get it to work and now the washer runs great. Saved me a lot of money!

Description of Work: I called with complaint of a leaking washing machine and holes in the rubber area surrounding the drum. They told me where to find the model number, and serial number, called back with information later in the day. Scheduled repair next day, flexible with my schedule, brought the correct part with them, replaced the defective part, checked thoroughly for leaks. It always seems expensive to have an appliance repaired, but the speed, efficiency and professionalism was truly appreciated.
