Bob was early which I didn't mine. He new exactly why the Dryer was not heating up and repaired it. plus added a Belt that was starting to wear. As soon as he left I went to check and make sure it was working and found out it was not, called them back and was back later in the day as I had errands to do. Had a bad part. I felt so bad that Bob had to come back to do repair it again because he wanted to get off little early that day, which he was able to just 30 minutes late. I don't mine paying for parts I just hate the service call fee.

Left a message on Monday evening, call returned on Tuesday morning, service provided on Wednesday afternoon. The week before Christmas (Friday). Stephanie was amazing at fitting me into the schedule at the last minute. Chris the technician who performed the work was as personable and professional as could be. No time wasted with small talk or additional trips to his truck. Would certainly use this provider again!! Thanks so much for saving Christmas dinner!!

The small firm we used to use for any appliance repairs we needed has retired, so I needed to find a new appliance repair company when the bottom element in our oven burnt out. I purchased a new replacement element online from the manufacturer and after it was delivered, I started looking for a new repair service. Northland Appliance answered their phone right away -- a plus when a lot of repair places make you leave a phone number so they can call you back. Their scheduler was polite, prompt and helpful. We were scheduled for service for the next day, between 1 and 5 p.m. She said they'd call about a half-hour before the repairman arrived. She gave me a quote over the phone and explained what it entailed. Sure enough, next day she called mid-afternoon and let me know our repairman was on his way. He arrived within about 15 minutes. He was friendly and efficient; the repair was completed within much less than an hour. Even though there was no problem with the broiler element, he checked that it was also working properly. He charged exactly what the scheduler had quoted me, exactly at the low end of the range she mentioned. We'll use them again.

Dave fixed the dishwasher and when I said washer also had problems he came out a different day and didn't charge a second trip charge. Fixing washer involved more problems than anticipated. Dave was reasonable with the charges.

Northland electronics was one of only two repair companies recommended by Jenn-Aire to fix our refrigerator. I was panicked since the refrigerator did not work correctly the night before a big party. I called Northland and the appointment person helped fit me in on a Friday, appropriately disclosed the service call cost, and was very customer-oriented. Bob came out and diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes, called a nearby supply company, and had the refrigerator working within the hour. Great service!

Odd problem, but we're sure glad we had an experience tech who's "seen it all." They had pre-ordered a $300 + digital control panel in case that was the problem, but his goal was not using it. That impresses us.

The service person could tell right away from the noise the fridge was making that there was no hope. My only complaint is that I thought a charge of $95.95 was a little high.

Called them in the morning and had a technician at our home late the same afternoon. Not only was the repair completed quickly, but the tech also cleaned the inside of the fan housing where a bunch of lint and foreign material had accumulated!

Northland got both the quote and the work done early. The dehumidifier works great. I like the way The way they do business and would use them again. Sep. 30 2014 Update: After running the unit for the summer season it clearly is running considerable better than new. I used to run the unit at 100% and now the indoor humidity is less with the unit at about 65%. Northland did great repair work.

Our microwave fan was turning on when we opened the door. The first two repair companies wanted us to bring our microwave in, but we did not want to take it off the wall. Northland came out at a time convenient for us, and replaced a part which fixed the problem. The repairman was knowledgable and professional.

Called and got an appointment for the next day. Technician came out on time and determined the cause of problems. Unfortunately, he did not have the parts but they were ordered that day and came in the next day. He was able to come back that afternoon and make the repairs. It has only been a couple of days but everything seems to be working well. We have used Northland Appliance before and would use them again.

Northland gave us an appointment for the next day and arrived in the window of time they promised. Brittany was very friendly and helpful on the phone and the technician, Bob, did a great job of fixing the dryer. He cleaned and vacuumed the inside of the dryer after removing the tub, put in new seals and bearings, and replaced the belt. We are very happy with the service we received.

They've been terrific. We've have used them couple of times because we've had some appliance failures in the past years. They are friendly and the guy is a local. He stops by here on his way either in the morning or at the end of the day which works to my schedule as well. He's honest when he took a look at one of our appliances he says "I can fix it, or you can buy a new one about same price. It's your choiceand rdquo;, I said I go buy so he gave me recommendation where to buy the appliances. He's a very good guy.

The repairman was extremely friendly, prompt and efficient. He exuded competency and was happy to answer all my questions. He carried a good number of parts in his truck and was careful to make sure what he gave us would work in our model. He worked quickly and cleaned up conscientiously. It was a pleasure to have them in our house. Finally, I have an appliance repair person! No more need for Sears or other expensive brand-related services.

It turned out fine. It's the second time I've used them. Their price was good.

The oven on my electric range sparked in back when in use. The young lady who scheduled the appointment helped me troubleshoot the problem and took the range's model and serial no's to ensure available parts. The technician arrived promptly and scheduled, was courteous and professional, and fixed the problem electrical connection. He also found and fixed a similar wire connection which was weakened and could cause future problems.

The serviceman was very professional and friendly. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it. The amount charged was less than expected.

They came promptly and fixed the problem. I have used them twice within the last four months.

We've tried to have this problem fixed before, but were told it couldn't be fixed and that we'd have to replace the whole oven unit (not just the microwave). Northland were quick to schedule, and punctual. The guy was friendly and courteous, and took his shoes off (nice touch). He created a workspace for himself by covering the kitchen counter to avoid any scratching. Took the whole unit apart, tracked down the problem and fixed it! Fantastic service. Would definitely use them again.

I had washed an old rug with a rubber backing. After 1/2 hour of vacuming out the drum I thought I was ok. I wasn't. Bob came in, found how to get to the pump out and cleaned it. Easy-Peasy.

Dave, the repairman and owner of the company arrived promptly. He was able to isolate the problem, and gave me a verbal estimate for the repair; he asked if I wanted to continue, or put the money into a new machine. It was nice to be given the option so openly. I thought that his estimate was very fair, and elected to proceed. He was very pleasant, and patiently allowed me to watch the repair. Things went along smoothly, and the repair was tested, and the machine functions well after the repair. This is the fourth time I have asked Northland to come out, the prior three times for a washing machine. On each visit, the repairman was very pleasant, and entertained my stupid questions with patience and courtesy. It is an absolute pleasure to deal with this company, from the receptionist, to (on this visit) the owner, and other repairmen. While I will not go so far to say that I look forward to the next time an appliance breaks, I will say that I will call Northland with confidence.

Our refrigerator (in particular, the top freezer) had been fluctuating in temperature throughout the day for several days. It would go as low as -2 and as high as 40 for seemingly no apparent reason, while the fridge portion stayed relatively stable. We called Northland and their were incredibly friendly and helpful. They scheduled an appointment (we requested later in the week due to our schedule, but they could've done it sooner if needed) and arrived promptly on time. The service technician was friendly and helpful and explained all of the problems and costs before proceeding with the work. He had the replacement part (the circuit board) with him and was able to fix it on the spot. He was efficient and did a great job. We're happy to have a working refrigerator again, and thankful for the great service from Northland!

The efficiency was amazing, The tech arrived at 9:00 AM and I was at work by 10:30 AM.

Great - they scheduled me the same day I called and the repairman was right on time. Reasonable price, fast efficient service, and he liked my dog!
