They have been very good. They came promptly and did good work. They are recommended by Warnerstelion, a major seller of appliances in the area.

An excellent representative of this company. He came in- gave me an estimate of what it would cost and what other things needed to be repaired. When he was asked about the future of this old dryer- he told us it would last for quite a while- as long as the motor did not go.

Very timely, neat, and thorough. The service man was knowledgeable and efficient.

Called at 8:45 AM and asked if they could get to it today. The repairman called when he was on his way over, and was there by 10:00 AM and it was fixed by 10:30 AM.

Called the company on Good Friday morning @ 9:30. Courteous, efficient dispatcher said repairman would be there before 2pm and would call prior to arrival. Received call back @ 10:15, repairman arrived @10:30. He was pleasant to work with, and quickly found the source of the problem. He repaired the refrigerator fan, and left @ 11:15. I had called these folks because of a good experience with them in 2003, and was again very satisfied overall. Will call them again for similar problems.

Our washing machine's agitator quit working on Saturday afternoon, January 12th. I reviewed Angie's List for top rated appliance repair services in our area, and on Monday morning, January 14th, at 8am, I called Northland Appliance Service to arrange a service call. I was happy to hear that they could have a technician at our home later that same morning. At about 9:45am, my wife said the technician called to say he was on his way, and he showed up about 10 minutes later. He found the problem to be a bad coupler. He replaced it and had our washing machine back to normal operation in a short time. The repair cost was $152.00.

The repair went very well. The company representative was polite and was able to schedule same-day service. The repairman was on-time, professional and polite. The work was completed and he explained to me the nature of the problem and how to avoid it in the future. I am not rating the company in the "price" category, as I did not get bids and cannot compare. The cost did seem fairly reasonable though for the time involved and the quick response.

Bob with Northland Appliance Service arrived on time to our 8:00am appointment. He turned the washer on and diagnosed the issue within 10 seconds. He quoted us a price on the spot. Bob was at our home a total of 20 minutes. He was very efficient and friendly. He tightened our hose connections and cleaned up around the washer. Excellent technician and fantastic customer service. I'm very happy with the work that was done. We will use this companies services again in the future. The total bill was $6.00 less than the price he quoted us.

Great. Prompt response, easy to set up a convenient time, and the repair took about one hour total. Most of the cost was labor.

Northland had a live person answering their phone when I called to schedule the repair. On the scheduled day, Bob was on time. He worked fast, was tidy and courteous. I was pleased that he noticed the hoses were a problem in addition to the defective water valve.

It is working great. We had used Northland before and have always been pleased with their service. My dishwasher works as good as new with out spending all that money on a new one. They did the job quickly and get to your home the next day or even the same day.

After answering my call, was told some one would get back to me that morning which they did. They were actually ready to schedule me that afternoon but I was unable to. Some one came the next morning and took the rack back to the shop to repair. It was promptly returned that evening. They trusted me enough to leave the bill as I was not home and I had not left a check with my children. I felt the cost was high with a diagnostic fee of $73.95

They showed up the day after I called, were professional with their work and even fixed a burner problem I had.

My dishwasher was repaired about two and a half hours from the time of my initial call. The technician was polite and knowledgeable. I would call this company again.

EVERY PERSON I DEALT WITH FROM THE INITIAL PERSON TAKING MY PHONE CALL, TO THE DISPATCHER, TO THE REPAIRMAN, WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT. THE REPAIRMAN DID HIS WORK WELL AND PUT IN A TEMPORARY FIX AT FIRST AND THEN RETURNED A FEW HOURS LATER WITH THE PERMANENT SOLUTION (THE ORIGINAL PART NEEDED TO BE BROUGHT INTO THE CITIES). I WAS PARTICULARLY IMPRESSED WITH THE RESPONSE TIME, I CALLED IN JUST AFTER 8AM AND THE FIRST VISIT OCCURRED AT 10AM THE SAME DAY.

IF THE PROBLEM WAS TOO MAJOR AND COSTLY, I'D JUST REPLACE THE WASHER (13 YEARS OLD). FORTUNATELY, IT WAS JUST A COUPLER AND THUS COULD BE REPAIRED REASONABLY. NORTHLAND APPLIANCE WAS ABLE TO GET ME IN ON THE SAME DAY I CALLED. THE REPAIR PERSON, DAVE, WAS ABLE TO DIAGNOSE AND FIX THE PROBLEM. HE HAD THE PART NEEDED IN HIS TRUCK (PROBABLY BASED ON MY DESCRIPTION OF THE MACHINE AND PROBLEM) AND WAS ABLE TO FIX IT IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. MY EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD AND I WOULD CERTAINLY USE THEM AGAIN AND MOST LIKELY ASK FOR THE SAME PERSON.

VERY PROMPT RESPONSE, AND ACTUALLY CAME A DAY EARLIER THAN PREVIOUSLY ARRANGED. PLEASANT AND COURTEOUS.

THE NEW ICE MAKER DIDN'T WORK. THEY HAD TO COME BACK, WHICH TOOK A COUPLE OF DAYS, AND REPLACE THE TIMER CONTROL. THAT TIME I ONLY PAID FOR THE TIMER CONTROL PART AND NOT THE LABOR. THEY WERE NICE PEOPLE, BUT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF THEY HAD DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM CORRECTLY. THEY CLEANED UP THE DIRT THAT HAD BEEN UNDER MY REFRIGERATOR FOR THE LAST 12 YEARS WITH A VACUUM, WHICH WAS NICE OF THEM.

CHRIS AND HIS PARTNER DAVE ARRIVED ON SCHEDULE AND COMPLETED THE JOB WITHOUT DELAY, AND WITH A MINIMUM OF MESS. THEY WERE QUITE PLEASANT. I DEFINITELY WOULD CALL THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND WAS ALSO GOOD WITH MY DOGS. I'D USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

VERY HELPFUL. THEY RECOMMENDED THAT WE GET A MAYTAG AND AMANA. THEY WERE THERE ON TIME AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN.
